 Notes
▪︎Reason for using powdered sugar.
When you use powdered sugar it is easily dissolved in the batter giving you a perfect golden brown texture on each pancake.

▪︎ When to flip.
Pancakes are to be cooked on a medium high flame. You can flip the pancake when the bubbles start to form on the top and the edge starts to loosen.

▪︎ Toppings.
You can top this pancakes with any of your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, chocolate syrup or any of your favorite. You can also use whipped cream and fresh fruits to serve these pancakes.

▪︎Wanna make it healthy.
You can replace all purpose flour with  whole wheat flour but it will make the pancakes dense.

▪︎ Egg Substitute
  • Baking powder - It helps in rising, creates bubble inside the pancakes and makes it fluffy.
  • Milk - Binds all the ingredients.
