This recipe is without eggs, all purpose flour/ whole wheat flour and also without sugar. Ingredients Oil - 1/4th cup Jaggery powder - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Curd - 1/2 cup Coffee - 1/2 tsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Baking soda - 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Moong dal (grounded) - 3/4th cup Coco powder - 1/4th cup Whipping cream - 1cup Blueberry crush - 1tbsp Dried blueberries Rose petals Instructions 1 In a bowl take oil and jaggery powder, mix for 2-3 minutes with the help of hand whisk. 2 Add curd, baking powder, baking soda, coffee and vanilla essence, mix until it forms a smooth mixture. 3 Start adding moong dal powder and coco powder and mix. 4 Preheat the oven to 170 ℃ for 10 min.
