Mango MilkShake ! Without Icecream!

Before the season ends lets make one more Mango Delight! We always try to make some delicious recipes with mangoes. Mango Milkshake is one of them. This month I have already shared two mango recipes  Mango Kulfi  and  Mango Mousse .   Now let's talk about Mango Milkshake a perfect and refreshing drink we crave during summers. Mango Milkshake is rich, creamy and prepared by blending mangoes, milk and sugar. This delicious shake is ready in few minutes and can be flavoured as per your preferences. In this recipe I have topped it with some whipped cream, cherry, chocolate  chips and rainbow sprinkles. Notes ▪︎ I generally, use alphonso mangoes to make this milkshake. In case if you dont get alphonso, you can use any variety of mangoes which are ripe and sweet. You can also use canned Mango pulp, if fresh mangoes are not available. ▪︎ In this recipe I have used whole milk. You can also use toned milk.  ▪︎ If you are using very sweet mangoes, then you ne...

If you are a Mango lover then this Mango Mousse with Mango Jelly recipe can be a perfect dessert for you! This recipe requires only 3 ingredients which are easily available at the stores. It's delicious and very easy to make. Two weeks back I had asked my Instagram followers  " What Should Be My Next Blog?", Mango Kulfi or Mango Mousse. There are recipes which requires gelatin and agar agar for setting the mousse, but in this recipe I am not using any of the ingredients for setting the mousse. This recipe calls for only 3 ingredients! How ...

Mango Kulfi! Without Condensed Milk! Without Cream!

As we all know, summer is hottest of all the seasons. This summer when we all are at home and can't go out, how about making a delicious dessert with ingredients which are easily available at home. We always crave for one and only one thing during sunny summer days i.e ice cream, which gives us a quick boost of energy. Ice cream might be the first food that you reach for in this season. Generally, ice creams are made using whipped cream which will not be easily available at everyone's home during this lockdown period. So I thought of sharing an ice cream recipe with traditional Indian flavours which is known as Kulfi. What is Kulfi ? This might help the people who are not aware of Kulfi. Kulfi is an Indian version of ice cream which is creamier and denser than the normal ice creams. Kulfi is made without any whipped cream. In the process of making Kulfi the milk is boiled in slow simmer until it is reduced to almost half in volume and becomes naturally thick and creamy. Kul...

No yeast! No Eggs! Irish soda bread!

Tired of eating yeast bread? Here is an instant bread recipe, which does not require any yeast. It is a traditional Irish dish and very easy to make. This Irish soda bread is still widespread in Ireland!  Generally the soda bread is a combination of baking soda, flour and buttermilk. When you mix baking soda with buttermilk this reaction causes to form little bubbles to your batter and it helps the bread to expand. In this recipe buttermilk is the important ingredient which cannot be substituted and if you don't have buttermilk, below I have mentioned the recipe for buttermilk. This recipe will also be helpful for the people who don't eat yeast bread and rely on instant bread recipe.   How about making this classic bread healthy ? I have used whole wheat flour in this recipe. If wish to eat white bread then just replace whole wheat flour with all purpose flour with same measurements. This bread has a golden color on the crust with dense tight crumbs and also leav...
