Chocolate Lava Cake! Eggless! 2 Minutes!

  Chocolate lava cake is surprisingly a simple dessert to bake! The chocolate lava cake is also known as Choco lava cake, Molten lava cake or simply Lava cake. Till now, I haven't shared any chocolate cake recipes so thought of starting it with the most popular and my all time favourite dessert i.e Chocolate Lava cake.
   I generally bake this lava cake as my every day dessert! This delicious easy to make chocolate lava cake can be perfect for your every occasion. These chocolate lava cakes are rich, chocolatey with a gooey molten center. I had got many requests for this Eggless Chocolate Lava Cake. In this recipe I have used chocolate ganache balls to insert inside the batter to get molten lava after baking. Below I will be sharing the recipe for the chocolate ganache as well.


How to make chocolate ganache?

▪︎Take 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tbsp of butter in a sauce pan, bring it to boil so that the butter melts and switch off the flame.

▪︎Now add this to the 500 grams of chopped chocolate , leave it aside for 4-5 minutes. 

▪︎ Now with the help of whisk mix till the chocolate melts.

▪︎ Cover the ganache and refrigerate it for 5-6 hours.

▪︎ Take out from the fridge make small balls and use it for your lava cakes.



Notes

▪︎Use high quality  of chocolate to make this chocolate lava cake.

▪︎Do not use choco chips, usually choco chips do not melt.

▪︎Bake time may vary based on the size of your ramekins or muffin tray.

▪︎Use room temperature milk dont not use boiled milk or straight from the fridge.

▪︎ Use unsweetend dark coco powder as coco powder is the important ingredient of this eggless chocolate lava cake. 



Ingredients 

▪︎All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
▪︎Coco powder  - 1/4th cup
▪︎ Oil - 2 tbsp
▪︎Powdered  sugar - 1/4th cup
▪︎Milk - 1/2 cup
▪︎Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
▪︎Baking soda - 1/4th tsp
▪︎Vanilla essence



Procedure 

▪︎ In a bowl take milk, powdered sugar, oil, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla essence, and mix well.

▪︎ Now add the dry ingredients, all purpose flour and coco powder to the above mixture and mix until well combined.

▪︎ Now pour the batter into the muffin tray. Pour just 1/2 of the size of the ramekin or the muffin tray.

▪︎ Make a small ball of the chocolate  ganache and insert in the middle of the batter. Above I have shared the recipe for the chocolate ganache.

▪︎ Microwave it for 2 minutes and serve these hot lava cakes.

▪︎ In this recipe I have topped this lava cakes with some vanilla icecream, mango pieces  and drizzled it with chocolate syrup.

Eggless Chocolate Vanilla Rosette Cake!
