Eggless Teatime Vanilla Chocochip Loaf!

 It's Sunday! Time to bake some delicious treats! How about baking some Tea Time Cakes! Eggless Vanilla  Chocochips Loaf is simple to bake and can be eaten as your anytime snack. This recipe does not require  any fancy ingredients, generally the ingredients will be easily available at any stores. 
  In this eggless vanilla chocochips loaf recipe we are using curd which will react with the baking soda to make the loaf fluffy. The baking powder helps in leavening the loaf during the bake time. 




  I stay away from my family for my corporate job, so every weekend when I travel back home I usually buy vanilla chocochips loaf for the family. This inspired me to try out the recipe so even when I come back home permanently after I switch my job still we can enjoy this vanilla chocochips loaf.




Preparation  Time : 15 Minutes
Bake Time : 40 Minutes
Total Time : 55 Minutes 
Serving : 1 Loaf


Ingredients 

▪︎ All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
▪︎ Curd - 1 cup
▪︎ Granulated  sugar - 3/4 th cup
▪︎ Baking powder - 1 tsp
▪︎ Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
▪︎ Butter - 1/4th cup (room temperature)
▪︎ Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
▪︎ Milk - 3 tablespoons 
▪︎ Chocochips - 1/4th cup 


Procedure 

▪︎ In a large size mixing bowl take butter and sugar, beat it for 2-3 minutes with electric beater. 

▪︎ Now add curd, baking powderbaking soda and vanilla essence. Beat until the sugar gets completely dissolved.

▪︎ Once the sugar is dissolved add the sieved all purpose flour and milk. Mix well with the help of spatula.

▪︎ Add chocochips and mix.

▪︎ Pre-heat the oven at 170℃ for 10 minutes and grease the baking tin with parchment paper.

▪︎ Transfer the batter into the baking tin and bake it for 40 Minutes. Insert toothpick in middle and check, if the toothpick comes out clean then the cake is baked.
